Serviceable basic hotel-room was fine. About a 10 min. walk to get to the shuttle to the Taj. Staff were helpful particularly by assisting w/booking my ticket to the Taj online. Wifi was decent & the location is just off the main street so quiet overall.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Taj Vista, and I was extremely impressed with my experience. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it a great base for exploring all that the area has to offer. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep.

Stayed here 3 nights. Pros were… -great location in walking distance of the Taj -quiet room overlooking lovely park with parrots, palm squirrels, dogs and monkeys However, the negatives outweighed the stay for us.. -the room was well used and tired with squidged flies on the wall and the shower soaked the whole bathroom which was annoying -Wi-Fi was not strong -I only ate at the hotel while in Agra thinking this would be good and got sickness and diarrhoea after an evening meal which knocked out the next day. Really disappointed.

The hotel is very close to Taj and you can go by walk or via auto rickshaw. The room was good and the food was great. Staff was very friendly and let us keep our bags in the lobby after the check out. There’s a terrace where you can see the tip of Taj in distance .

The location was within walking distance of the Taj Mahal, so it was very accessible. And the building was newly built, and all the furniture and room environments were clean. The staff was very cooperative and kind, and the chai made by the hotel was so delicious. The food was neat and it felt very hygienic to my taste as a Korean. Of course, there were still deficiencies, but I think the deficiencies can be improved little by little with the kindness of the staff
